Trillium Cafe in Hood River

Excellent service. Clam chowder was very good. I ordered the meatloaf which was almost as good as mom's. My only recommendation is to replace the tater tots with mash potatoes. Maybe keep the tots as a children's option. Will definitely return.

Best burger I've had in my life

So, this place has a lot going for it. If they could dial in the grub, they'd have a winning combination. I had the Uranium burger, and for a Garlic and Blue Cheese Burger my taste buds were thoroughly underwhelmed. The staff were friendly and courteous as well as quick. The fries that accompanied my burger were very good. I just wish I had been able to move some of that flavor to my burger. This really is a fun little hole in the wall, smack dab in the midst of Hoodsville on Oak. Give it a go sometime. Mileage may vary. 🤣

Comfy atmosphere and great service with good diner food and a bar that doesn't feel too barry. Prices are good/average.

One of the best cheeseburgers I’ve EVER had! Good beer selection and the staff was friendly. The live music was nice to listen as well. Would definitely come back again.

A resounding meh from the group, but I wouldn't decline if someone invited me back. Service was.. serviceable? But a couple tables got their food before us even though we'd ordered well before them. Still, the gal was friendly and everything arrived as we ordered it, and the food was well seasoned. I'm sure it's better for the locals who can enjoy the events and game nights.

Fun funky place. Casual with board games available. Had the mushroom barley soup. Thick, delicious, hearty, and visually appealing. You can't say that about most soups!

Very, very tasty food (I had a delicious burger, and the other offerings look good too), as well as friendly service. We actually came back again later on in the evening for drinks and partying. Very nice for that too. Had Old Fashioneds myself, tasty and strong as they should be. My relatives that deal better with carbonation than I do partook of pretty nice selection of beers and enjoyed them quite a bit. I would definitely return.

Very good food, pleasantly surprised by everything. Great French Dip, wonderful meatloaf sandwich and some legit mac n cheese from scratch. Even the clam chowder was delicious. Can't fault any of the dishes we had and the atmosphere is casual and laid back. We'll definitely be back.

Trillium has a very casual and comfortable bar restaurant vibe. Staff was super helpful and responsive, food was good, and music was enjoyable if you like classic rock

Great place for a bite to eat, Made an impromptu stop with the family and we were hungry. Couldn't go wrong in here!

Drinks were great. Outside seating was really nice and the bartender was fun and helpful.

The peanut butter porter was different and tasty, like dessert in a glass! Some cool paintings around too. You may have to almost go tap your bartender on the shoulder or flag them down like on an air strip runway tho. ;)

Food was good. The fries were way too salty to eat, but they fixed this really fast with no problems. Liked it and would definitely go back.

The food was amazing and service is great!! We tried the fried green beans and they were super tasty!! Crispy and flavorful!!! We will be back for sure!!

The burgers are amazing. Just really good beef cooked just right. The tator tots are also very good. Most tator tots are good but these were above average. The fries were good but I'd pick the tots over them. Ranch dressing was good but the balsamic vinaigrette was very good. Hamburger buns were just ok so you might want to substitute for the ciabatta roll.

Best Damn burger, chicken wings, and salty dog! The server was amazing and gave his honest opinion on recommendations and I'm so glad I ask because it was soooooo good! Get the wings dry and sauce on the side ;) We went with friends, everyone got something different and we all tried each others and loved it all!!! Absolutely will be back!!

The meat loaf sandwich is one of my all-time favorites. Huge with roasted red pepper, carmelized onions and cheese. Perfect with fries and cold beer. Very attentive and friendly service.

Few taps but always a rotating selection. There's just something about this dimly lit pub. Between the staff and the atmosphere I'm not sure but its great.

We were just driving through Hood River during a long drive home and felt a little peckish... So we said "Hey Google, we're hungry find us somewhere to eat!" Google said "Ok, here's a few places." The Trillium Cafe was on the list and sounded delish. And BAM! History was made! (Ok maybe a tiny bit of history, but important to you if you're reading this right now, eh? 😉) the Trillium Cafe was amazingly delicious, the food was seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. Generous portions and friendly fun service! You won't go wrong stopping here for your next meal, and the next... And possibly even the one after that! Now all we need is a way to teleport the 850 miles from home to the Trillium Cafe as often as we will crave this place, henceforth!

Waiter didn't come over for 5 minutes. We saw the menus and grabbed some. He noticed and despite being the only server, decided we were taken care of because we already had menus. Tried to get his attention, but he seemed to purposely ignore us. Left after 10 minutes. Place was maybe half full at 8pm.
